Terms

• The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. A two night minimum stay is required.
• Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
• Rates quoted are in US Dollars.
• The maximum number of guests is limited to eight people.
• In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, Villa D’ Coco reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellations being made in less than 31 days, the following fees apply:

1. Cancellation made 30 days prior to the booked date – 100% of total amount paid to be refunded
2. Cancellation made 14 days prior to the booked date – 20% of total amount paid nonrefundable
3. Cancellation made 1 day prior to the booked date – 30% of total amount paid nonrefundable
