Short Term Rental – Terms and Conditions

 Short Term Rental of Villa


Property

  1. The Property is located at Nungua 16 St.
  2. The property is fully furnished and includes the following: TVs, sound systems, cooking utensils, a double door fridge, gas/electric cooker, and dinning set.

Occupancy

  1. The maximum number of guests is limited to eight people.

Terms of Lease

  1. The lease begins at 2pm on the date of arrival, and ends at 12pm on the date of departure.

Length of Stay

  1. The Guest is required to stay a minimum of two nights. If a guest would like to increase the length of their stay, they must check for availability.

Rental Rules

  1. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached at all times while at the property, including all members of the rental party and anyone else.

Access

  1. Guest shall allow the Manager have access to the property for purposes of inspection, repairs and maintenance. The Manager shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

Rates

  1. The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. A two night minimum stay is required.
  2. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
  3. Rates quoted are in US Dollars.
  4. The maximum number of guests is limited to eight people.
  5. In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, Villa D’ Coco reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellations being made in less than 31 days, the following fees apply:

  1. Cancellation made 30 days prior to the booked date – 100% of total amount paid to be refunded
  2. Cancellation made 14 days prior to the booked date – 20% of total amount paid nonrefundable
  3. Cancellation made 1 day prior to the booked date – 30% of total amount paid nonrefundable

General Provisions

  1. By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by Villa D’ CoCo, your stay subsequently shall be subject to Villa D’ CoCo’s standard terms and conditions of stay.
  2. Villa D’ CoCo may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if Villa D’ CoCo is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
  3. Villa D’ CoCo shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  4. You shall indemnify and hold Villa D’ CoCo harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation Villa D’ CoCo.
  5. Villa D’ CoCo shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by Villa D’ CoCo.
  6. The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with OUR TERMS.


Insurance

  1. We encourage all guest to purchase traveler insurance.

Rental Agreement

  1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the premises but can be smoked 5 meters away from the premises.
  2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.  Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
  3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.
  4. All of the units are privately owned; the Property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Property owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
  5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
  6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
  7. Pets are NOT allowed in the premises or compound.
  8. Parking of cars permitted in the premises and limited to four vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted.
  9. Housekeeping services are provided daily after check in. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, we suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
  10. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at both back and front of the house.
